No. 1 Penn State wrestling, which has won 66 straight matches, hosts the Michigan Wolverines in its second consecutive match at the Bryce Jordan Center.

Cael Sanderson’s top-ranked Nittany Lions passed their biggest test of the regular season with relative ease. Penn State (10-0, 4-0) next faces the Michigan Wolverines (5-4, 2-4) on Friday night at the Bryce Jordan Center.

The regular season is slowly winding down for Penn State’s wrestling team. At 7 p.m. Friday, the Nittany Lions host No. 19 Michigan for the final Bryce Jordan Center dual of the year. Penn State then takes on Maryland at 1 p.

No. 1 Penn State and coach Cael Sanderson lost out on the nation's top 2026 recruit, Johnstown's Bo Bassett. He'll go to Iowa, instead.

Bo Bassett, the No. 1 wrestling recruit in the Class of 2026, officially knows where he is going to wrestle in college. On Tuesday night, the Bishop McCort junior committed to Iowa over Penn State, Oklahoma State and Virginia Tech.
