South Park' is leaving HBO Max after five years, following Paramount's deal securing exclusive rights to the animated show.

South Park is an American adult animated television sitcom created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone that has been broadcast on Comedy Central since August 13, 1997.

It has been a bumpy ride for South Park fans this summer, but the dispute has finally ended. Paramount closed the deal with Park County with an estimated value of $300 million, but for five years instead of ten. Paramount Plus now holds the show's global streaming rights exclusively.
