Rare heavy snow fell in parts of the New South Wales’ Northern Tablelands area on August 2. According to the State Emergency Service (SES), snow was falling in Armidale and Guyra “at depths never seen before” and its reported that up to 200 vehicles became stuck in the heavy snow.
