Unfortunately, Wednesday's Game 5 has not gone as smoothly. The Rockets stormed out to take a 27-point lead at halftime and led by as many as 31 before Steve Kerr pulled Golden State's starters when there were still 18 minutes left in the game.

Up against well-known irritant Dillon Brooks, the Warriors are looking to eliminate the one-time All-Defensive forward for the second time in four years. Facing Brooks in the 2022 Western Conference Semifinals when he was with the Memphis Grizzlies, Golden State won that round, which was filled with a lot of controversy.

The Golden State Warriors need just one more win to eliminate the Houston Rockets from the NBA Playoffs. However, Game 5 is seemingly a struggle for Golden State, as the team is down 76-49 at halftime.
