DOHA (Reuters) - Qatar's Emir on Tuesday appointed the CEO of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Mansour Ibrahim al-Mahmoud, as the country's next minister of health. It was unclear if Al-Mahmoud would remain as CEO of the country's $510 billion sovereign wealth fund.
