Bailey Zappe could become the 40th quarterback to start for the Browns since 1999 if he gets the nod Sunday in Baltimore. Coach Kevin Stefanski said Tuesday on a video conference that he could play both Dorian Thompson-Robinson and Zappe in the season finale Saturday against the 11-5 Ravens.

Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said Tuesday that Winston (shoulder) will likely be inactive for Saturday’s game at Baltimore as the team’s emergency No. 3 quarterback, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

The Cleveland Browns haven’t yet decided which of their backup quarterbacks will start the season finale at Baltimore. It probably doesn’t matter to the Ravens.
