Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa, in a fiery radio show appearance on WABC Wednesday morning, disavowed the station, saying he would never return, and shut down any idea of joining Andrew Cuomo’s potential mayoral administration.

The candidates faced off in a final mayoral debate at LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, Queens.

Mr. Sliwa, the Republican nominee for mayor of New York City, finds himself a major player in the race. He’s under heavy pressure to drop out.

Sliwa’s show, which bears his name, has been off air during the Guardian Angels founder’s longshot campaign to capture City Hall.
