Univ. of Wisconsin AD Chris McIntosh said in a letter to fans today that the athletic department is committed ‘to elevating the investment into our football program to position us to compete at the highest level.
As the losses keep piling up, more and more Wisconsin fans are clamoring for head coach Luke Fickell to be fired. He has been the head coach of the program for a little over three seasons and has a 15-18 overall record. His most wins in a single season with Wisconsin (to date) is seven in 2023.
The disappointing 2025 season has caused upheaval within the Badger fanbase with some calling for Fickell to be fired.
