Model Elizabeth Hurley and singer Billy Ray Cyrus surprised fans last weekend when they hard-launched their relationship on social media ― but, according to Cyrus, their romance had actually been brewing for some time.

"It's just a good thing. It's been a long time since I've been this happy," said Billy Ray Cyrus on Apple Music Country's 'The Ty Bentli Show' after revealing his relationship with Elizabeth Hurley earlier this week.

The couple hard-launched their relationship with an Instagram pic that showed Cyrus giving the English actor and model a kiss on the cheek.
