Apple is taking a big bite out of the Seattle commercial estate market with a new 193,000 square-foot lease in a building previously occupied by Meta.

As most tech companies choose Bellevue, Apple is staying in Seattle and expanding its reach in South Lake Union.

Tech giant Apple signed a new lease for office space in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. It is the largest new lease in Seattle since 2019.
