Over 60,000 pounds of fully cooked, breaded chicken shipped to restaurant locations nationwide have been recalled over allergen concerns, the Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The recall is classified as a Class I — the most severe level — which can be deadly.

Grocery stores owned by Kroger across the country are recalling store-label frozen berries because they might be contaminated with hepatitis A. There have been no reported illnesses. The stores include Kroger, Ralphs, Fry's, Fred Meyer and other chains.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Thursday that Kroger has voluntarily recalled its bagged kale due to possible listeria contamination. The FDA said the product being recalled was Kroger's 16-ounce bagged Baker Farms-produced kale product.
