If there is any way you can have more time, make it happen. Expo is magnificent and deserves a week or even more. The site is huge. The other posts that repeat that sentiment over and over are not lying. If you time is beyond limited, here's what I'd do. Immediately upon arrival, use the app to try and book a smart queue for Saudi Arabia (in my opinion the best pavilion). Depending on your time, book additional smart queues based on your preferred countries and where they are on the map. I highly recommend these four: Luxembourg, Australia, Netherlands and Singapore. (There are so many more brilliant experiences, but those are what come to mind.) Immediately find the people mover and ride the entire circuit. You won't see the inside of many pavilions, but you will see the architecture which is extraordinary. Make sure to get to your smart queues in time. Choose a cuisine that you're curious about, or love and have a meal at that pavilion, or a restaurant associated with that food genre. When its dark, head over to the water feature and enjoy. Stay for more than one session. They won't throw you out and the show changes. You want to see the lights and water creating their dramatic magic. Make sure to head to Wasli plaza (the central park) and watch the world's larges project screen. Its wondrous. Enjoy yourself and unfortunately experience the sadness you are likely to feel when you realize that you don't have more time.

My parents don't have a smartphone. Would I able to use my account to reserve pavilions using the smart queue for my family as a whole instead of them having to buy 2 new smart phones. Of course I know I can also open a web account.

For the benefit of others who may be wondering the same thing, I will answer my own question (I just found out the answer). The short answer is no, they don't need to buy 2 new smartphones. All I had to do is buy the ticket for myself and them on the website as part of one single order. That order is associated with my email address. Then I download and install the expo app on my smartphone and I log in with the email address associated with my order and I can manage reservations for both me and them just from my smartphone. There is no need for me to buy them smartphones.

For those who have been to both the Shanghai World Expo and the Dubai World Expo, how would you compare and contrast the two. The Shanghai World Expo was unbelievably amazing. I am wondering if Dubai World Expo matches to that level.
