Don't forget to cross the road to the Ross Tapestry also. Well worth a visit but again there are stairs to the upper area.

Sorry guys - only seeing your question now - Bus Eirean Expressway bus would be a better option from Killarney to New Ross - the train journey is rather convoluted & would involve several changes. Walking to the Dunbrody Famine Ship & the adjacent JFK memorial is fine as they are both on the river Quay close to each other. However, the JFK Homestead is a few miles outside New Ross & would require car/taxi transport. Apologies for the delay in replying.
