Come and make yourself comfortable at our place! Literally close to everything including entertainment, restaurants , sporting events, hospitals, USA Campus, etc! Very quiet and peaceful house to kick back and relax! Did I mention, close to everything even being only a little over an hour to your nearest beaches! Things to keep in mind: This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood so we implemented quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Absolutely no parties,events, or large gatherings and especially NO smoking inside the home!! Dogs are allowed but must be disclosed BEFORE booking. There is a pet deposit (refundable) $150 prior to staying. Also, there is a (non-refundable) pet fee of $175 and $50 for each additional dog. Any unauthorized animals including dogs will be subject to have your reservation canceled without a refund. SD and ESA of course are welcomed! Dog(s) are not to be on any furniture to include sofas, beds, etc, any evidence of such will result in a strict fee of $275 charged!
